Quiksoft products include 60 days of electronic support and updates from the
date of sale.
Support Subscriptions
You may purchase a support subscription to extend your support options for
an additional fee. Subscribers receive one year of:
Priority Electronic Support
Receive the highest support priority via our private online support case
system or forum.
Maintenance Releases and Major Upgrades
Receive any maintenance releases and major upgrades released during the
term of your subscription.
Subscriptions are sold per license and are only available for current
version licenses.
Pricing is based on each license being added to the plan.
Generally the annual price is 40% of the cost of each license.
Support subscriptions can be purchased along with any
order, or afterwards so long as the product version is still the most
current.To purchase a subscription for an existing (current version) license, please use our
secure online order form. After putting in your information at the top of the form, scroll to the bottom
and enter your exiting license key in the designated location. If your license is not the current version, you will have to upgrade your license to
purchase support for it. You can use the upgrade system to upgrade your product and purchase support for it at the same time.
