My Own Email Case Study
During my search for a product that would allow us to make our mail
interface more modular, I had all but given up until I came across the
Quiksoft web site. While browsing through their site, I noticed that
they had every component that I would need to complete my project.
So I downloaded their products and began testing. The turning point
for me was when I opened up the documentation. They had made every
effort to take the work out of implementing their components. Their
documentation allowed me to have a demo up and running in no time.
Once I had a fully functional version running, their support team was
at my side. When I ran into a small compatibility issue regarding
their object and my mail server, they did not hesitate to
investigate. Then to my complete surprise, the next day I have a new
version sitting in my mailbox. Now that is service!
As far as reliability is concerned, there is no better product on the
market. With a client base of over 3,000,000 users, reliability is
one of our top concerns. Once our implementation of Quiksoft's
products was complete, reliability was suddenly an issue we didn't need to
worry about anymore. Their IMAP, POP, and SMTP components have
proven to be quite possibly the most stable software that we have
installed.
My personal thanks to Quiksoft for making incredible products, and my
life a little bit easier.
